Sheet Music Mystery
Have you ever bought a piece of sheet music, only to discover it doesn’t sound much like its recorded version?
Over the years I have been frustrated by the apparent lack of similarity between the songs I hear and their printed versions. Now, thanks to lessons learned over a career in music, I have a different approach: I simply write it myself.
Transcription -- the art and science of writing music by listening to it -- is a service I offer to suit your musical needs. Using your recording I will provide the parts for the instruments of your choosing and deliver them to you in printable pdf format.

Written parts are $10 per instrument. Additional instruments, such as bass, drums, and horns, may be added on a per-item cost. Scores are also available.
Recorded backing tracks are $15 each for
e-delivery, and $20 each for post delivery (in Australia) on CD. Recordings are available in mp3 and aiff format.
